Just remember not to use any flowers from florists, that you’ve just gotten from a nursery, or that are growing wild along roadsides. They’ve most likely been sprayed with pesticides.
Grow your flowers organically and pesticide-free and you’ll never have to worry. Some flowers are tastier than others, ranging from bitter and spicy to rather mild. My personal favorites are snapdragons. They’re also the favorite of a little squirrel I see snacking on them from my den windows.
